Millennials are taking over the workplace - and they're looking for so much more.
As we've evolved, in defiance of political tides pushing against it, people have come to recognise the value of mental health. Getting fit for survival is part of the process, as facing new eras and crossing into the unknown demands of us to be agile and adaptable. We can't afford to stay chained to change resistance, or keep employees subordinate in favour of innovation. The old methods of company management just don't work any more.
In an industrial environment, with its triple-tier structure of directorship, administration and shop floor, there are more opportunities to successfully engage than in any other sector. Making components and products carries with it an inherent call to action for advanced mind-sets and innovative practices.
Without engagement, engineering cannot progress. Without progressive engineering, manufacturing stalls in its tracks. At no time in human history has change been more important to implement strategically.
