Interactive group sessions giving you a complete platform of progress to live and work with the changes you want to make in real time. Each session majors on a different topic as follows: Making the Most of Meetings - how to get things moving Know the Gremlins in your workplace culture How to Develop a Positive Culture Triggers and Traps - getting the better of pitfalls Motivation and how best to maintain it The Self Relationship - making it work for you Places are limited to 8 participants and available for a minimum of 4 team members! Sessions are interactive, offering everyone the opportunity to discuss points of interest and explore the topic from their own viewpoint. This enables the group to recognise generic and unique factors in exploring the issues they face to create a new mode of operation for each individual within their own working environment.
