WorldLine offers a lifeline for companies needing to develop people who are experiencing difficulties at work; challenged by personal issues conflicting with their performance, or struggling to find the best of themselves where others recognise their potential.
Many scenarios exist in workplace dynamics whereby individuals become fraught with stress or are unable to meet targets for reasons unknown. These people need support, and we know that the right route to take is often hard to identify.
Access our Operational Coaching programme - three sessions to a key employee free of charge! The participant can occupy any role in the company below the management tier. They must have a minimum of 2 years in service and be employed full-time on your register. Unfortunately we cannot consider agency placements.
Following these sessions, the participant provides feedback and you have the option to continue with their coaching at minimal cost. This lets you see WorldLine's approach in action and illuminates the potential to be realised from satisfying needs in this way.
