Managing others is hard enough, but what about you? Do you find it difficult to be internally effective? You're not alone.
A quarter of the population experience mental health issues, and 1 in 5 experience suicidal thoughts. That's just the people on record. Imagine what the true figure would look like, given how reluctant we are to talk about such things!
The way we view others is a reflection of ourselves, and that's a bitter pill to swallow when we're blaming others (as we all do) for shortcomings in life. Making best-practice sync with appreciation and being aware of what we're thinking is a tough call, made all the harder by the fact that we've no early-years template to work with, and we have to do this all on our own.
You don't have to be counted in the 25% to feel out of sync with yourself. In the Western world, where no realistic foundation for self-management has traditionally been taught to children, we're left to find our own way out of the self-created jungle - no wonder so many of us encounter a few problems!
This video offers valuable keys to the reality of spacetime and how we operate within it. The way we view our world line affects our trajectory - keep yours in sight, and the rest will take care of itself.
